IT'S SALE TIME AGAIN AT TOFT ALPACAS... 

Preganant Huacaya Females for sale. Halter trained Pet males for sale. 

Finally after a long , exhausting and beautiful summer the weather has turned . Much to our relief the rain has finally arrived- we've been banging drums and waving Eagle feathers virtually all summer to encourage the rain Gods to throw some wet our way. Not until a week or so ago were our prayers answered and to be honest the ground is still bone dry. If it rains every day until Christmas it still won't be enough. Who cares?  The grass has started to grow again and we can relax a little...Phew!

And the Alpacas? They have loved it. The dry warm summer has brought them on a storm and we have some truly remarkable cria bouncing around the paddocks. Lots of quality, lots of colour and plenty to smile about. The mating for the 2023 births is long finished. Scanning is ongoing. The samples are finally winging their way to New Zealand for testing. We seem to be on top of most of the husbandry, we've cleaned and harrowed the empty paddocks  and ......  

Yes, finally we have managed to have a close look again at some of our alpacas and started the sales lists for 2023. The ongoing worklist is still enormous but this  week we have managed to take a look at a few and have put up a range of pedigree pregnant huacaya females up on the sales pages.

HUACAYA FEMALES. We have put up a range of females that would make ideal alpacas from which to select a starter herd  for those considering starting their alpaca adventure.

HUACAYA PET MALES. We have put up for sale a range of young halter trained pet males. All of these males have good fibre and can be used as fibre herd, walking. therapy or guard alpacas as they mature . We do have a couple of Intermediate Pet Males for sale in addition to these young boys.. 

If any alpaca takes your fancy then don't hesitate to get in touch....

Now we are on a bit of a roll and I've rediscovered my desk we shall follow on in the next few weeks by uploading on the website  some pet males, more quality females and possibly a stud or two.
